# Staff Rules & Expectations

Information that you access as part of staff should not be shared with anyone outside of the staff team. Please do not screenshot, repeat, record or share any of the information in these Discord. This includes, but is not limited to:

* **Platinum RP Discord**
* **Logs** 
* **In City Reports**
* **MTAC**
* **Other Official Platinum RP Discord Servers** 
* Voice Chats

#### **General Conduct**

* **No abuse of power** – Staff should uphold integrity and fairness at all times.
* When in-city and not actively handling staff duties, you are expected to play as a regular player. 
* **Active participation** is essential, including assisting with tickets and maintaining in-city playtime.
* A thorough understanding of **staff, city, and gang rules** is required.
* **Perm Abuse** is **ZERO TOLERANCE.**

#### **Strike System**

We follow a **three-strike policy**, with prior strikes expiring after two weeks:

1. **First Strike** – Verbal warning.
2. **Second Strike** – Temporary removal of in-city permissions for two weeks.
3. **Third Strike** – Removal from the staff team.

There are certain situations that warrant immediate dismissal from the staff team. These are the discretion of Management.

#### **Additional Expectations**

* **Maintain professionalism** – No toxicity or unnecessary drama.
* **Voice Channel Presence** – While in-city, you must be present in the **Staff Voice Channel (VC)**.
