Tagging Guidelines & Roles

If you need assistance you will ping the role directly above yours unless it is pertaining to a particular issue.

  • Moderators and Senior Moderators will tag @Admin

  • Admins will tag @Senior Admin

  • Senior Admins will tag @Head Admin

  • Head Admins will tag @Assistant Manager and @Server Manager

  • Server Manager will tag @Server Director

Other Tagging Info:

Tag the appropriate oversight for each ticket. You should not be dealing with said ticket if you are not part of the team assigned for it. That being said it also means you should not be handling it and then handing it over to that team once it’s time for repercussions, it should be given to them from the beginning.

  • Onboarding: @Head Admin, and rename the ticket onboarding-(ticket number).

  • Developer or Scripting: @Developer, and provide a summary in the ticket for the Dev.

  • Gang Related Issues: @Gang Support, and rename the ticket gang/civ-(ticket number).

  • PD Issues or Questions: @PD Oversight, and rename PD-(ticket number).

  • EMS Issues or Questions: @EMS Oversight, and rename EMS-(ticket number).

  • Business Related Tickets: @Business Oversight, and rename Business-(ticket number).

  • House Purchases: @realtor, and rename housing-(ticket number).

  • Aviation Tickets: @Aviation Oversight, and rename aviation-(ticket number).

  • DOJ (Department of Justice): @DOJ Oversight, and rename doj-(ticket number).

  • Cheating Tickets: @Cheating Oversight, and rename cheating-(ticket number).
