# Tagging Guidelines & Roles

If you need assistance you will ping the role directly above yours unless it is pertaining to a particular issue.

* Moderators and Senior Moderators will tag <mark style="color:green;">@Admin</mark>
* Admins will tag <mark style="color:blue;">@Lead Admin</mark>
* Lead Admins will tag <mark style="color:red;">@Head Admin</mark>
* Head Admins will tag <mark style="color:$info;">@Assistant Manager</mark> and <mark style="color:$info;">@Server Manager</mark>
* Server Manager will tag <mark style="color:$danger;">@Server Director</mark>

**Other Tagging Info:**

Tag the appropriate oversight for each ticket. You should not be dealing with said ticket if you are not part of the team assigned for it. That being said it also means you should not be handling it and then handing it over to that team once it’s time for repercussions, it should be given to them from the beginning.

* Onboarding: <mark style="color:purple;">@Onboarding Team</mark>, and rename the ticket onboarding-(ticket number).
* Developer or Scripting: <mark style="color:blue;">@Developer,</mark> and provide a summary in the ticket for the Dev.
* Faction Related Issues: <mark style="color:$danger;">@Faction Support</mark>, and rename the ticket gang/civ-(ticket number).
* PD Issues or Questions: <mark style="color:$success;">@PD Oversight</mark>, and rename PD-(ticket number).
* EMS Issues or Questions: <mark style="color:orange;">@EMS Oversight</mark>, and rename EMS-(ticket number).
* Business Related Tickets: <mark style="color:yellow;">@Business Oversight</mark>, and rename Business-(ticket number).
* House Purchases: <mark style="color:green;">@realtor</mark>, and rename housing-(ticket number).
* DOJ (Department of Justice): <mark style="color:$warning;">@DOJ Oversight</mark>, and rename doj-(ticket number).
* Cheating Tickets: <mark style="color:purple;">@Account Reviewer</mark>, and rename AR-(ticket number).
