* **Swanky/Dev**- Tickets will be moved by Management to this section.
* **Done & Ready to Close** - These tickets can be handled by Lead Admins and Head Admins.
* **Upper Management -** These tickets can only be handled by the Server Director, Server Manager and Assistant Manager.
* **Management** - These tickets can only be handled by the Management Team.
* **Jamal's Closet** - These tickets are handled by our clothing developer, Jamal.
* **Custom Clothing** - These tickets are handled by the dedicated clothing approval staff.
* **Housing** - These tickets are handled by Realtors and Housing Oversight.
* **Account Reviewer -** These tickets are handled by Account Reviewers.
* **Oversights** - These tickets are handled by their respective Oversight.
* **Admin Tickets** - These tickets are handled by Admins or Lead Admins.
* **Donations** - These tickets are handled by Senior Moderators or Admins.
* **Support and Report** - These tickets are handled by Moderator or Senior Moderators.
* **Faction Support** - These tickets are handled by Faction Support and Faction Oversight.
* **Ban Appeals** - These tickets are handled by Senior Moderators and Admins and up.
