Admin Role

As an Admin you have shown that you are proficient in knowing how to complete a ticket, tagging and dragging tickets to the correct sections. You are responsible for all items below your rank, but you have also gained the following responsibilities:

  • Giving Imports to players

  • Spawning in items

  • Banning/Warning players

Going from Moderator to Admin is a huge step. Becoming an Admin gives you a lot more responsibility both in city and in discord. You now have almost all in city powers which you will use to better assist the player base.

Donation Tickets

You've been practicing donation tickets for awhile, now it is your responsibility to hand out items in city. Below are the steps to follow when doing a donation ticket.

  • Receive the donation ticket after a moderator has received all the necessary information

  • Proceed in the appropriate manner to distribute the items purchased.

  • If they bought a bronze import, tell them you'll meet them at Legion garage (or another garage) to give them the car.

    • You may also ask them if it is okay for you to TP them to the garage as well.

  • If they bought item credits you will need to go to #item-credit-list and follow the instructions there.

  • IMPORTANT: all spawned items must be logged in #reason-for-spawn with a screenshot of what was spawned.

  • After items have been given to the player, ask them to confirm items were given and that the ticket is good to close.

Warnings and Bans

Up until this point you were on the other side of this by confirming rule breaks and pulling information for the Admins to handle them. Now it's time to learn how to hand out the punishment. The first important thing to note is the ban guideline, to review them please check out the Ban Guidelines.

Banning a Player

Now that you know what punishment you will be handing out, it's time to learn how to do so. First thing you will need to do is go into the ticket and copy the license given there.

Then, go into your TX Admin panel. Go to the TX Admin tab.

Go into the players section.

Paste the license into the search bar and click “Search by ID” in the drop down menu beside it.

Looking at the picture above, the player is currently connected to the server as indicated by the green icon beside their name. Click on their name and view their ban history.

In this case, the punishment administered for VDM will be a Warning and 20 Coms.

You will click “Warn” in the bottom left corner of the menu.

Type in the ban reason and offense number then hit send.

Giving Community Service

Next you will need to give the player their community service. /cms [ID] [TIME]

Unbanning a Player

To unban someone you would go to the TX Admin tab, go to the “history” section, then search by their Ban ID or their license.

Click on the Ban ID, then go to the revoke section and click revoke.

New Keybinds

There are also a couple new things you'll want to bind in your FiveM keybind settings. These can be binded to whichever key you'd prefer although the ones below are recommended and easy to use.

Admin Commands

The next thing to go over is all the new commands and permissions you have as an Admin and what they do.

How to Spawn and Give Items

As an Admin you will be responsible for reimbursing items and handing out donation items. Below is a guide from start to finish of how to give a player the items they need.

First thing you will do is /adminmenu and search give item. Search the players ID, type in the spawn code, and set the amount. You can then hit "give item"

Take a picture of this menu and post it in the #reason-for-spawn channel.
