Head Admin Role
As a Head Admin you have shown that you know what you are doing and are ready to take being staff to a new level. You will now be helping with bigger decisions and changes. You are still responsible for all items below your rank, but you will also be gaining the following responsibilities:
Onboarding new staff (read directly through Onboarding Guide)
Management tickets
Closing out and confirming tickets in the #done category
Dealing with Slur ban appeals
Updating/Setting in city perms
Door locks, chairs, gang stashes, business boss stashes.
Updating in city perms
When someone is promoted you will need to update their perms in city. You will update perms when a support becomes a moderator, when a moderator becomes and admin, and when a senior admin becomes a head admin.
First open up Tx Admin and go over to "Admins"
Click on "Add"
If they are a new mod, you will need to get their discord ID by right clicking on their name in discord and copying their "User ID"
After you have copied their user ID, you will need to put their name in Username as well as their name in Cfx.re ID and paste their discord ID. After that you will need to select what perms they are to receive

Admin Perms

Head Admin Perms

After you have hit save, you will need to go to the left hand side of your Tx admin and click on "CFG Editor"
Scroll down to the part in the coding that you see Master, Admin, and Moderator perms, in the black area you will place the staff members license (pulled from logs channel), change the role after qbcore.mod/admin/master and the staff name to #staffname. For example, Server Director & Server Manager & Head Admins would be qbcore.master #Name. Make sure that perms are going under the correct section.

Hit save
Once you have done this you will need to tag a developer to add them to the snipe admin menu.
Door Locks
There are two commands for door locks. One is /doorlock closest which will pull the lock that you are standing closest to. This is handy when you don't know what a door would be called
The second is /doorlock and will be used when you are setting up a door for the very first time. You will need to click the "+" button
You will then name the lock, toggle on lock, toggle automatic if you want the door to lock behind a player, and toggle on lockpick
Now you are going to choose who can open the door, if it is for a specific person only, you will click on "Characters" and then add in their citizen ID (you can search logs for this if they drop an item on the ground and pick it back up). If it is to a job or a gang you will click on "Groups" and add in the gang code or job code you will also need to set the rank to 0 if everyone within that gang or job is able to use the door.
Next click on Lockpick, and hit the settings wheel at the top, set the difficulty to "Custom", the area size to 10, and the speed multiplier to 1. Click confirm.
Click "Confirm Door". Align the circle in the middle of the door you are trying to add a lock to, the click your left mouse button to confirm it (click the right mouse button to cancel however this will exit and you will need to start over)
Either set yourself to the job or gang, or make sure the person you are helping can open the lock
Top make a lock for a double door you will need to do the step the same, except you will toggle "Double" on
Proceed per usual and then click confirm door. Place the circle in the middle of one of the doors and hit your left mouse button
Then you will do the middle of the opposite door (the entirety of the double doors should be outlined by now).
Click your left mouse button again and check and make sure the doors work properly.
Business/Gang Boss Stashes
When a new business comes in you will need to make sure it has a boss stash placed. You will do this by using the command /adminmenu, search "job" going into job menus, searching the job name and selecting from the drop down options menu.
You can see if one is already placed by selecting option 1 "teleport to Menu".
For gang stashes you will do the same exact thing, but instead of searching "job" you will search "gang"
You can verify by setting your job/gang and opening the stash yourself or having the person you are helping make sure it is there
Storages
To place a storage you will use the command /admin menu and search "storage"
To add a storage you will need to enter a storage name, place either a civ ID, gang code, or job code. If none of these are going to be used place "none". For storage prop place none, enter in the weight you would like the storage to have as well as the amount of storage slots.
If the storage already exists in the system you can use the section "update storage" and type in the storage name, and select what you are wanting to do. If it does not show up in the list of storages you will need to enter the storage into the system by the above method. This will not change or mess up the current storage other then the location of the storage. So you will want to be next to it while doing this. You will need to wait 5-10 minutes before it appears in the snipe menu for you to update information again.
Setting Blips
When a new business comes in you will need to add a blip to the map for them, the command for this is /adminmenu and then search blip. First ask the owner what blip and color they would like by giving them this link: https://docs.fivem.net/docs/game-references/blips/
Once they have selected their options: Select a name for the blip, type in the blip #, scale (DO NOT GO ABOVE .8) , and color #
To adjust a blip just search "update blip" in your admin menu type in the blip name, and select an option from the drop down menu.
