Senior Moderator Role
As a senior moderator you are responsible for all items below your rank, but you have also gained the following responsibilities:
Helping with in city reports (/report)
Gathering information for donation tickets
Danny Duty
The job of a Senior Moderator is similar to a Moderator, the main difference being you now have a few in city powers. We will go over those, what is expected in your new position, mod commands, and new responsibilities.
Deeper Dive into Logs
The first we’ll go over is tickets and logs. You will do the same thing you did as a Moderator, confirm rule breaks, answer player questions, and gather information for Admins. As a Senior Moderator you should be able to read logs and find things that a Support may not know how.
First Scenario
A player opens a ticket saying that they just tried to fly in and their character is gone. The first thing you want to do is verify they are on the same device, using the same accounts, and they haven't reset their PC.
They tell you that they had to reset their PC. The first thing you will do is ask them to make a new character, and provide the Citizen ID for it. While they are doing that, you are going to need to find their old license. This can be found by copying their Discord ID and searching for it in joinleave-logs. Copy their old license and paste it in the ticket.
Once they provide their new Citizen ID you will copy that and search for it in joinleave-logs. This will bring up their new license. Paste that in the ticket. From there, you will need to follow the format below and then move the ticket to the Swanky section.
How to Easily Search in Logs
The process for finding most things in logs is similar.
Start in joinleave-logs. Search for their Discord ID. You’ll get their Citizen ID and their Steam name.
Use either their Citizen ID or their Steam name to search in a specific channel.
Example: FQT84674 in: stash-logs or Hailey in: playermoney-logs
If you follow the above steps, finding anything should be relatively simple.
In City Responsibilities
Reports
Now that you have some in city powers, there are a few things you are responsible for. These are taking care of in city reports, and what is called “danny dutyl” when we are boosted.
Below is the reports menu. You can access this by doing /report and looking at reports on the left hand side

This is the main page of the reports menu. Click on a report to open it. Newest reports will be at the top of the list.
This is a report. The name of the player and their ID can be found as the title of the report. You can click the clipboard to copy the players info, the camera to spectate the player, the two people to bring the player to you, the paper airplane to send them back, and the single person to teleport to the player.

9 times out of 10 the issues brought up in these reports are something that needs to be handled in a ticket, or someone being stuck somewhere. Communicate with the player in the chat box regarding their issue and then conclude the report by clicking "close" once the issue is resolved.
“Danny Duty”
The other thing Senior Moderators are responsible for in city is called “Danny Duty.” This is something that can be done at any time, but is mandatory when we are boosted. The purpose Danny Duty is to welcome new players into the city, help them with their voice box, any graphic issues they may have and to answer any general questions. Sometimes players fly into the city and have no intention of roleplaying and are simply there to troll. When you come across a player like this - please ask for an Admin to assist you. You will help the player with their clothing (/clothing ID), you can freeze the player if they keep running away from you (/freeze ID) and you can bring the player back to you as well (/bring ID).
TX Admin
New Keybinds
To use TX Admin you will first want to go into your FiveM keybinds and set these three binds. (The last one is optional but helpful.)
Once you have done that, you can open the main page of TX Admin. As a Moderator you will only have access to the following three categories. You can use your left and right arrow to scroll through the options within those categories.
TX Tour
One super important thing is to NEVER heal “everyone,” only yourself through this menu.
The next tab in the TX Admin menu is the players tab. Here you will find every player that's currently connected to the server.
This menu will tell you how many players are in city in the top left corner of the screen, you can search for a specific player either by their CFX name, or by their ID. Each rectangle represents one player within the server. You can see whether they are in a car, on a bike, or on foot. Their ID is right next to that icon. Then their name, and their distance from you. The line below this info represents the player’s health. Any player with a shield next to their name is someone with access to TX Admin.

When you click on the rectangle, another menu will come up. Here you can look up the player’s identifiers for everything. You can see if that player has ever been banned or received a warning, how much play time they have, their current session time, any notes that have been made about them by a fellow Admin, and this is where you can bring people, go to people, and freeze people.
The last tab in TX Admin holds server information and logs. The only thing you will need to use as a Senior Moderator is the TX logs.
I would recommend toggling on only the log you are looking for to make it easier to read.
Donation Tickets
First you will need to ask the player to provide a screenshot of their Tebex receipt.
Rename the ticket by doing $rename donationtype-ticketnumber
Next go to #tebex-logs and find the payment confirmation by matching the Tebex order IDs. This is a combination of letters and numbers that start with tbx-
Check mark react to the correct confirmation message, then copy the text.
Go back to the ticket and paste the payment confirmation there with “Confirmed” after
For subscriptions please copy and paste the information provided in #important-documents
Inform them that they will have to pop their head for these benefits to go into effect, and will need to redeem their battle pass in city by typing /battlepass and clicking redeem
If specific items require a choice from the player please gather that information. For clothing tickets - please move them to the Custom Clothing folder. These items need to be approved by Jamal first.
Ask the player for their in city ID
List out the items needing to be spawned, and ping an Admin for assistance
Move to Admin’s tab
